Highly
manoeuvrable wave formed by a sand bank at the mouth of the Contas River.
The first stretch of the wave receives the name of "Boca da Barra"
and only breaks when the beachbreaks are closing. The inside banking is
called "Pontal" and may present extensive tubes . In some days
different wave section become connected forming waves that allowing two
minutes of surfing. Low crowds because of strong currents. Access
is made through the Concha beach . Waves range from 1 to 4 metres.
